About
Rooted in prairie wisdom.
Written for the in-between.
The despair is real.
So is the beauty.
These are love letters from the threshold — where endings and beginnings live side by side, and the deep-rooted prairie holds what we cannot yet name.
Right now, the native prairie is my most faithful guide, holding dormancy without death, darkness and light at once, growth and decay as natural rhythms. As breath is to meditation, the earth is to me, the place I return to when everything else gives way. It teaches me how to live in uncertainty and find the sacred in the threshold spaces of our lives.
These reflections are an invitation to dwell deeper — in yourself, the sacred, and the earth that holds us all. I'm here as a fellow traveler and witness.
